Engaged couples, newlyweds, and family members.
Revealed
Wedding planning is fragmented across multiple platforms, forcing couples to switch between different tools to manage vendors, budgets, communication, and planning tasks.
Result
This fragmented experience increases stress, wastes time, and makes it difficult to stay organized.

#5 - USABILITY TESTING
Before & After User Testing
Reflection
Designing Vowly reinforced that great product design begins with understanding real user needs rather than jumping into interface design. User research helped uncover that the biggest challenge wasn't wedding planning itself, but the fragmented experience across multiple platforms.
Through usability testing, I learned the value of validating assumptions and iterating based on user feedback. This project strengthened my ability to translate research insights into product decisions that create a more intuitive and user-centered experience.
